We roast fresh coffee Monday through Thursday. Please order before 10 am EST to get your coffee shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 10 am EST will be fulfilled the following roast day. We are closed for major holidays and the occasional snowstorm. We are located in Vermont and USPS does not guarantee their 1-3 day delivery times but most packages will arrive in that time frame depending on the destination.

Swiss Water Process is a chemical free process. The green coffee is pre-soaked in pure, hot water to create a solution, which is passed through activated charcoal filters that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee’s particular flavor.

We're excited to have a coffee from Kenya back on the menu! Sourced from two counties bordering the ancient volcano of Mt Kenya, Africa's second-highest peak and just a few miles south of the Equator, this coffee leads with warming notes of cinnamon and a pleasant aroma of chamomile, followed by sweet and tart flavors of cranberry and citrus. Smooth, pleasant, with a lingering silkiness that will start your day with a satisfied smile!
